£11.07 per hour


5 days on, 3 days off (6am – 2.30pm and 2.00pm - 10.30pm)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Call Advisor to join our successful Telecare team.

Do you have experience of delivering excellent customer service in a telephony environment?

Do you have knowledge and understanding of the needs of older people and vulnerable adults in the community? Then we may have the perfect role for you!

We are looking for someone who has effective communication skills, can organise and prioritise emergency calls and good problem solving skills.

You will need to be competent with using customer databases and Microsoft office packages and will have experience of working under pressure and to deadlines.

If you have good administration and organisational skills, then we want to hear from you!

Due to the nature of this role, it will be subject to a Basic DBS check
