£43,909, plus Essential Car Allowance

Stafford – Hybrid working

Hours:
37 hours per week

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our successful in-house People team.

Are you an experienced HR generalist with a proven track record of handling complex ER case work?

Do you have current experience as a People Business Partner in developing people towards high performance?

Are you CIPD level 7 qualified or qualified by experience to an equivalent level?

Do you have the skills to prioritise and work under pressure and can effectively manage competing demands? If so, then we may have the perfect role for you!

You will work in partnership to ensure that business areas have the right people and skills in place and to provide high quality advice and support.

You will be responsible for delivering positive people related outcomes to achieve operational priorities and embedding the people planning activities that arise from the people plan within designated areas.
