We are seeking a dymanic
Senior Energy Lead to join our successful in-house Homes Plus Client Services Team on a full time, permanent basis.
The role
As the Senior Energy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of energy improvements within the Group. This position offers the opportunity to lead innovative initiatives, manage budgets, and engage with stakeholders to achieve our energy targets. You will oversee data management, coordinate surveys, and ensure compliance with regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What skills and experience we are looking for:
Building Surveyor qualification
Domestic Energy Assessor qualification
Retrofit Assessor qualification
Previously worked in the social housing sector, preferably on the client side
Experience in data analysis and insights
Background in surveying in the built environment
Experience with energy and retrofit projects
Knowledge of funding processes and documentation
Understanding of Health and Safety and compliance risks
Experience in developing investment programs
Ability to provide clear concise reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
HNC in Building Construction or equivalent experience (desirable)
