We currently have a great opportunity for an
Systems Analyst to join our IT Applications team on a full time, permanent basis. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role

As a Systems Analyst, you will support the planning, design, development, implementation and operation of business systems and digital services across the business, as well as providing day to day delivery of efficient, effective, and supportive IT systems and services throughout the business.
Skills and experience required:
Housing sector experience would be ideal with - NEC Housing Management System, Open Accounts, Total mobile or Total Connect.
Third line application support
Business systems administration and configuration
Application upgrades and server maintenance
Experience of using SQL Developer/OracleDB
Hands-on T-SQL development skills (stored procedures, triggers, ETL)
User focused with a confident and supportive manner Working on IT projects to tight deadlines with suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
