We currently have a great opportunity for a
Senior Business Analyst to work within our in-house construction company, Property Plus. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the provision of high-quality services and customer experience, across all workstreams within the property directorate.
You will lead a team of data and business analysts, working closely alongside the cross functional business teams. Collectively, you will scrutinise and act on the voice of the business, the customer and the people, learning and responding to insights, delivering improvement projects and supporting post implementation activity to ensure changes are sustained and deliver the required benefits.
This role leads on the development and embedding of a consistent lean & continuous improvement framework for end-to-end processes and functional reviews, in Property Services.
Skills and experience required:
Lean / Six Sigma qualification (or demonstrable experience of equivalent methodology)
Recent project management experience
Knowledge and experience of service and process redesign improving performance and delivering value for money
Knowledge of Housing Sector software such as Capita Open Housing, Northgate or MIS ActiveH
Excellent IT user with experience of MS Office applications and Office 365
Excellent stakeholder management
Ability to plan, prioritise and execute own workload either as part of a team or as project lead.
Demonstrable commitment to excellent customer service in all activities and able to identify customer needs and resolve issues
Excellent analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail, accuracy and a focus on delivering results.
Highly organised and efficient possessing the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business use
