Group Admin Team Leader

£31,195.88 per annum

Stafford with hybrid working
Hours:
37 hours per week, fixed term contract to cover maternity leave
We currently have a great opportunity for a
Group Admin Team Leader to join our in-house Construction Company, Property Plus. on a full time basis to cover maternity leave for 12 months. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Group Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between the Planned and Voids departments and keeping everyone up-to-date on the activities of our Supervisors. You will work within a common framework to promote efficiency and consistency across the organisation and line manager a team of administrators.
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience at management level
revious experience working in Social Housing
Previous experience working with Planned Works and Voids
Understand and delivery of KPI's
Good IT skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Packages
Able to work under pressure, effectively and on own initiative
Proven track record of delivering a customer focused service
Ability to act with integrity and professionalism at all times and to deliver promises on time and to the best of ability
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to communicate in a variety of ways with a range of individuals, both internal and external at all levels
