Multi-Skilled Operative - Fire Door Installation

We currently have a great opportunity for a
Multi-Skilled Operative - Fire Door Installation to join our in-house Construction Company, Property Plus. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Operative in the FRA team. you will carry out high quality fire remedial maintenance works to the Group’s properties as identified, and for external customers as appropriate. This will include fire doors, door closers, hinges and door hardware.
Skills and experience required:
Completion of nationally recognised trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification (or time experience)
Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice
Experience of a social housing repairs and maintenance environment.
Experience of working in a similar position with a sound knowledge base of fire remedial works.
A competent joiner with the skills to fit or repair Fire Doors to regulations and required tolerances to a high standard of quality.
Have multi skilled experience i.e. completing different trade work
Outstanding customer care skills
Full UK Driving Licence
