We currently have a great opportunity for a
Kitchen and Bathoom Painter to join our in-house Construction Company, Property Plus. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Kitchen and Bathoom Painter, you will carry out high quality maintenance work to the Group's properties. This includes site and surface preparation and applying paint and other finishes to internal and external surfaces.
This post does require the post-holder to carry out duties of a physical nature other than light lifting. These could include one or more of the following;
manual / extremely physical work
working at heights
working off site in tenants' homes (where applicable) and void properties.
Skills and experience required:
NVQ or City and Guilds in relevant trade
Experience in undertaking painting and decorating tasks to a high standard
Basic knowledge of associated trades
Good planning and organisation skills
Flexibility to commute across our Group sites within Stafford and Shropshire
Outstanding customer care skills
Full UK Driving Licence
