We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our successful in-house Homes Plus Client Services Team on a full time, permanent basis.

The role

As a Customer Liaison Officer within our Client Services Planned Improvements Team. Your role will focus on managing the customer experience during investment programme works, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction before, during, and after projects.

You'll coordinate on-site liaison, provide timely updates using our IT systems, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key tasks include arranging customer appointments, addressing queries, and supporting the distribution of updates and reports. Your contributions will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services aligned with our policies and standards.

What skills and experience we are looking for:

  • GCSE's in Maths and English
  • Experience of working in a team environment
  • Experience of working on Investment Programme Projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult conversations with diplomacy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective problem solver with ability to seek support when needed
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and organise work to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding the provision of good customer care to internal and external customers.
  • The ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Current valid driving licence and access to
