We currently have a great opportunity for a
New Homes Consultant to join our in-house sales team at County Town Homes on a part-time, permanent basis. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a New Homes Consultant you will be the main point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them from initial enquiry through to completion and after-sales support across various sales products (outright sales, shared ownership, re-sales, and asset disposal).
You will play a key role in generating revenue, meeting sales targets, and ensuring completion deadlines are met by working closely with mortgage providers, surveyors, solicitors, and buyers. Additionally, you will assist in preparing new developments for launch, handling legal site setup, design choices, marketing campaigns, and supplier coordination.
Skills and experience required:
Experience within a customer facing role
Previous experience working in a sales environment
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate (MS Office 365 Suite: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, CRM)
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Ability to work under pressure effectively and on own initiative
