We currently have a great opportunity for a
Voids Supervisor to join our Property Plus Voids team on a full time, permanent basis. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As our Voids Supervisor, you will lead a team in delivering high-quality void property maintenance. You will be responsible for supervising trade operatives, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused service delivery. Key duties include scheduling works, managing inspections, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with performance targets. You will have proven leadership experience in property maintenance, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Skills and experience required:
Nationally recognised NVQ Level 2/3 Trade Qualification (desirable)
Proven supervisory and team leader experience
Practical and proven working experience of multi-trades
Experience of mentoring trainees and apprentices
Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
Understanding of good customer care skills
Diagnosing and prioritising specific work activities and tasks
Commitment to participate in the out of hours service on a rota basis, providing supervisory cover
Full UK Driving Licence
