We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Neighbourhood Coordinator to join our successful in-house Homes Plus Neighbourhoods Team on a full time, permanent basis.
The role
As a Neighbourhood Coordinator, you will provide efficient administrative support for tenancy management, including processing amendments and requests such as successions, assignments, and mutual exchanges. The role also supports the wider team and ensures all work aligns with the organisation’s standards, policies, and procedures.
What skills and experience we are looking for:
Relevant professional qualification, e.g. CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice or equivalent experience or a willingness to undertake (desirable)
Experience of working in a customer service environment
Experience of working in a team environment
Experience of administration in a housing environment (desirable)
An ability to be pro-active, use own initiative and be self-driven to achieve agreed individual targets
Commitment to customer care
Ability to empathise with customers
Ability to work under pressure effectively and on own initiative whilst prioritising workload
Excellent time management skills
Current valid driving licence and use of own vehicle
