We currently have a great opportunity for a
Plasterer to join our in-house maintenance team, Property Plus.
We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Plasterer in the Voids Team, you will be responsible for carrying out high quality plastering and maintenance work.
You will be involved in performing a range of trade tasks including carpentry, wet trades, patching, and general building maintenance to a high standard. Working in line with Health and Safety regulations, you will ensure that jobs are completed within targets set and according to your schedule of work and keep accurate and efficient records of work completed. You will be professional and provide excellent customer service to our tenants.
Skills and experience required:
Completion of City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in relevant trade
Working at Height experience (minimum of 2 years)
Experience of working to schedule of work
Outstanding customer care skills
Experience of planning own workload effectively
Experience of a social housing repairs and maintenance environment
Basic IT awareness
Full UK Driving Licence
