An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly competent and motivated
People Advisor to join our People team, working alongside the Business Partners and Advisors.
You will have a proven track record of providing HR generalist advice, support and guidance in a fast paced environment, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
You will be responsible for a full range of HR activity with a significant focus on employee relations, as well as supporting us in delivering our exciting People Agenda.
Our ideal candidate will:
Be CIPD qualified to at least Level 5 or equivalent
Be an experienced HR generalist with sound up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law
Have extensive experience in advising a range of stakeholders in a variety of employee relation matters.
Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience of using HR systems
Have excellent written and verbal skills, with an ability to prioritise workloads
