We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive
Responsive Care Officer to join our successful Domiciliary Care Service at Corsers Court. This is a rewarding opportunity to support residents in a Retirement Living Plus setting — all care is delivered onsite, meaning no travel between customers.
What you'll do
Be the main point of contact during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Respond to emergency calls and carry out wellbeing checks
Support and monitor care delivery, ensuring dignity and independence
Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents
What we're looking for
NVQ3 in care or equivalent (desirable)
Experience of delivering good customer service
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Willngess to work according to a rota, which includes weekends and bank holidays
Care Plus Domiciliary Care is a CQC-regulated service and complies with all guidelines. Due to the nature of the role, an Enhanced DBS check will be required.
