We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supported Housing Services Manager to lead and support our Retirement Living Team.
In this vital role, you’ll ensure high-quality housing services are delivered across our retirement and supported living complexes, promoting independence, dignity and choice for residents. You’ll manage and develop front-line staff, oversee housing management and lettings processes, and ensure safe, well-maintained environments for residents and colleagues alike.
With your leadership, we’ll continue to provide excellent, customer-focused services that meet the changing aspirations of older people. If you are passionate about housing, have strong people management skills, and thrive on driving continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you!
Skills and experience required:
Relevant professional management qualification or qualified by experience to an equivalent level
Experience of working in Supported Housing Service
Proven staff management experience of a team providing a service to diverse groups
Computer literate with experience of Office Applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and e mail
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Ability to work in a sensitive way with vulnerable people
Influencing skills and ability to handle challenging situations
Excellent verbal, written and face to face communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle as travel across the county will be required
