Hours:
37 hours per week, fixed term contract for up to 12 months, secondment opportunity.
We’re looking for a temporary
Lettings Officer to join us in Stafford for up to 12 months. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in managing housing applications and lettings, ensuring fair and transparent processes that support our customers and communities. You’ll work closely with colleagues, local authorities, and partner agencies to make sure homes are allocated effectively, safely, and in line with legislation and policy.
What you’ll be doing
As a Lettings Officer, you will:
Provide excellent customer service to applicants, tenants, and stakeholders, offering clear advice and guidance on housing options.
Advertise available retirement living properties, ensuring all details are clear, accurate, and in line with local connection requirements.
Ensure compliance with CORE data requirements and housing legislation.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to keep systems up to date and contribute to continuous improvement in processes.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Attention to detail when handling sensitive data and producing reports.
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (as travel across our Group properties will be required).
