We currently have an opportunity for a
Painter and Decorator to join our in-house Maintenance Team, Property Plus on a full time permanent basis.
The Role
As a Painter and Decorator in our Planned Team, you’ll take pride in transforming our Group properties and tenants homes inside and out, delivering top-notch painting work that meets our high standards and keeps our tenants smiling. Working independently -sometimes at height and in tenants’ homes. You’ll ensure every job is completed safely, professionally, and with care. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and passionate about making homes look their best, this is your chance to make a real impact while building strong relationships with the people we serve..
Skills and experience required:
- A NVQ or City and Guilds Qualification in the relevant trade (essential)
- Experience within a housing repairs and maintenance environment (desirable)
- Ability to demonstrate evidence of experience in general repair work and be able to meet varied target dates
- Experience of health and safety best practice and procedures
- Outstanding customer care skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
