Regional Director
Salary: up to £115,000 per annum + 10% car allowance
Contract: Full time, Permanent

The role
We’re looking for a Regional Director to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Customer Experience, you’ll take charge of housing, maintenance, estate management and customer services across your region.
You’ll lead big, diverse teams, make sure services run smoothly and compliantly, and set the pace for improvement. You’ll shape business plans and make sure everything we do puts customers first.
You'll lead by example, living our values - Own it, Improve it, Live it - and always putting customers first.

- Lead a wide mix of housing and community services that respond to local needs
- Inspire, support and challenge colleagues to deliver their best
- Help set strategy at organisation level, while building strong external partnerships
- Work with our Executive Team and Board, providing clear insights and ensuring compliance and safety at every step

You’re a proven leader who knows how to get the best from people and services. You’ll bring:
- Senior leadership experience in housing or a similar sector
- Experience managing large teams and budgets
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance
- Great communication and influencing skills
- A track record of driving performance, change and value for money
