21 hours per week Mon, Tue, Wed
Fixed term for up to 9 months
Pro-rata salary £13,009.98 (£23,232.10 FTE)

Retirement Living team. Your role will involve
providing an effective Enhanced Housing Management service to all residents living in a retirement housing environment.
As part of our
Care Plus team, we want you to have:
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Experience of taking a hands on approach to solving problems
- Good organisation skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and organise work to complete deadlines with attention to detail
Self-motivation – ability to work on own initiative and flexible in approach
The ability to travel around the district. Full driving license and use of own vehicle
