Permanent, 37 hours per week
£32,000 (Plus Car Allowance)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join the Sales team. Your role will involve:
- Being the primary point of contact for prospective buyers across the full suite of sales products (outright sales, shared ownership, re-sales and asset disposal), guiding buyers through the process from initial enquiry to handing over their new home and after sales support.
- To be the main revenue producer within the sales team, meeting sales targets by working closely with mortgage providers, surveyors, solicitors and buyers ensuring the group achieve set completion deadlines.
- To assist the manager with preparing new developments for launch, including; legal site set up, kitchen/bathroom design & fitting choices, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, liaising with suppliers and anything else which would reasonably be expected of the role.
