We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Inspector to join the members of our in-house Property Services team. Your role will involve investigating and processing various day to day, routine repairs inspections and to identify the causation to effectively manage the repairs.

As part of our team, we want you to have: :

  • A professional qualification in Building or Quantity Surveying to a minimum of HNC in a construction related discipline, with 3 years PQE.

  • Experience of building surveying and defect diagnosis within domestic buildings

  • An understanding of relevant Health and Safety, Statutory Regulations relating to Housing providers; including, but not limited to: Asbestos awareness, Building Regulations, Gas and Electrical safety.

  • Experience of delivery to strategic and operational objectives within a construction company or landlord

  • A proven track record of supervising and working with contractors
