Customer Services Officer Stafford Permanent, £21,113.82 (increasing to £22,922.32 after 6 months, subject to successfully passing probation) Salary is pro rata for part time hours

We are committed to making a positive difference to the homes, lives and communities we serve and we currently have an exciting opportunity for Customer Services Officers to join the members of our in-house Customer Service team. You will provide an efficient and high quality service to customers at Severnside Housing Association and Stafford and Rural Homes. As part of our team, we want you to have:
  • Previous experience with volume call handling within a high pressure customer service environment
  • Strong I.T skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A good problem solver with an excellent telephone manner
  • A strong communicator, you will be clear and concise and will have the ability to handle difficult customers
  • Flexible approach, you will work well to meet deadlines and achieve targets and be able to work under pressure
