Administrator Stafford (Hybrid Working) Fixed term contract for 3 -6 months 37 hours per week £18,850.58

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the members of our in-house Property Services team. You will provide administration support to the Senior Repairs Manager and team. As part of our team, we want you to have:
  • Computer literate - confident Excel/Word user
  • The ability to produce spreadsheets to capture and record data for reporting purposes, including bar charts and graphs etc
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to build, develop and maintain working relationships
  • Enthusiastic and proactive - a genuine team player
  • Previous role in a building construction, housing association office (client or contractor) (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of works ordering software such as IBS, Active H or Northgate (Desirable)
