Administration Coordinator
Stafford (Hybrid Working)
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
£24,229.13

Systems Coordinator to join the members of our
Care Plus team.
You will support the Domiciliary Care business within South Staffordshire to contribute to meeting company, legal & regulatory requirements of the service by providing a comprehensive administration support to the team as delegated by the Registered Manager.
You will be responsible for ensuring the client management system is accurately maintained and in line with compliance requirements. You will be the first point of contact and to manage all enquires received via the South Staffordshire Domiciliary Care telephone line.
As part of our Care Plus team, we want you to have:
- NVQ/QCF level 2/3 business administration or equivalent
- Experience in supporting a busy responsive service
- Experience of working in a team environment
- Computer literate, including good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
- An ability to be pro-active, use own initiative and be self-driven to achieve agreed individual targets
- Commitment to and understanding of excellent customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure effectively and on own initiative whilst prioritising workload
- Experience of first-level complaints management and resolution.
This role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check
