Grounds Maintenance Officer

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Grounds Maintenance Officer to join the members of our in-house Grounds Maintenance Team;
You will supervise the work of the Grounds Maintenance Team on a daily basis and assist with the delivery of repairs and housekeeping services and provide support with the delivery of the grounds maintenance service.
Your working hours will vary between summer and winter. During the summer months you will work 45 hours per week and during winter you will work 35 hours per week.
As part of our Property Plus team, we want you to have:
- Grounds Maintenance experience
- Experience of working in a team environment
- Ability to identify risks and act appropriately in a timely manner
- Commitment to customer care
- The ability to think ahead and be pro-active on behalf of customers and the organisation
- A full UK driving licence to be held and ability to travel to our offices across Stafford and Shrewsbury
