Domiciliary Care and Support Worker (Wolverhampton)
£9.20 per hour

Do you find that you spend more time driving than caring? At
Care Plus our customers are at the centre of everything we do. Our Care and Support Workers work in specific zones covering an average of a 5 mile radius, to ensure that we are able to spend more time with our customers compared to driving.
Our hours of service are 7 AM – 10 PM – Monday through to Sunday; you can discuss your personal availability at interview, but we do ask that for fairness you are available to work weekends on a rota basis.
Benefits of working with Care Plus:
Weekday rate; £9.19
Weekend rate: £10.11
Bank holiday rate; £13.79
We use google maps to allocate and pay you accurate travel time, at your hourly rate.
Full mileage paid in line with HRMC guidelines.
30 days holiday each year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part time staff)
Access to a fully equipped staffroom and toilet facilities, within your chosen location.

We will provide you with a funded DBS.
Provide you with a uniform, a cross body bag for storing PPE and hand sanitiser and phones etc.

What we expect from you:
Ability to provide the highest standard of care to our customers.
A good understanding of the needs of elderly people and a desire to make a difference.
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role
No experience necessary, just the motivation to care and support and the willingness to want to learn and grow. It would be advantageous if you have a full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.
