We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Repairs Administrator to join the members of our in-house Repairs team.
You will provide an effective and efficient repairs administrative services for the Property Services section.
As part of our team, we want you to have:
- Experience of managing work schedules and arranging appointments for site operatives
- Experience of working in a responsive customer focused service environment
- Experience of undertaking general administrative tasks, including faxing, filing, photocopying etc
- Good I.T. skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and aptitude to learn new systems as required
- Problem solving skills
- Able to provide clear and concise reports or correspondence both internally or externally
- Flexibility to commute to our offices across Stafford and Shrewsbury
