Housing Apprenticeships Stafford and Shrewsbury Apprenticeship Contract 37 hours per week Would you enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same? We need three new Housing apprentices to help us do this. These roles are a great starting point to a fantastic career in housing. Our Lettings Team supports our customers to find their homes, our Neighbourhoods Team helps our customers to maintain their tenancies and keep their communities safe, and our Income Team supports our customers with their rent and provides money advice. As part one of our housing teams your varied role will include:
  • On the job learning alongside experienced colleagues
  • Using systems and understanding how to manage customer accounts
  • The opportunity to communicate with customers by telephone, email, in writing or at meetings
  • Supporting activities to help us ensure provide excellent housing services to our customers
