Customer Call Advisor
Permanent, 21 hours per week
£10.75 per hour

We offer rewarding roles that come with excellent training and opportunities for personal development and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Call Advisor to join the members of our Telecare team.

Your role will involve receiving and responding to emergency and life critical calls through a call handling system, providing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year cover in accordance with the TSA Quality Standards Framework (QSF) and to provide an out of hours housing repairs service for our Stafford and Rural customers and other corporate customers.

We are looking for someone who can work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (4.45pm - 9.00pm) and Saturday (8.00am - 5.00pm)

As part of our team, we want you to have:

  • Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a telephony environment

  • Knowledge and understanding of the needs of older people and vulnerable adults in the community

  • Proficiency in the use of customer databases, with MS Office computer skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Good problem-solving skills, with ability to use initiative effectively

  • Good administration and organisational skills

  • Ability to prioritise work and emergency calls

  • Full UK licence and access to your own vehicle for work purposes
